Big Ideas, Done Well
I like making things.
Taking a good idea and figuring out how to make it real. Sometimes that’s a camera in my hand. Sometimes it’s a paintbrush, a drill, or a piece of furniture.
Black Guy Next Door is where all of that comes together. I care about the details, I care about doing things right, and I want the experience of working together to feel just as good as the finished project.

Things I’ve Worked On
-
Interior Design + Rental Preparation + Property Management
A home that needed some attention before its next chapter. I helped this homeowner make the space feel alive, the pivoted with them when life changed and the home needed to become a rental.
-
Residential Design + Project Management
This was a project I was especially proud to be part of. I helped develop the design direction and architectural plans. While I didn’t get to see the project all the way through, the work I did remains some of my favorite.
Indio Hills captures a tablescape.
Shot during a Palm Springs escape, it’s a nod to good company, late nights, and the kind of memories that linger. A little messy, a little magical.

Brown in Blue is about ease. The kind that settles in when you’re surrounded by good people, good air, and no pressure to be anything but present.
Shot during a weekend in Central Texas, this photo holds a single moment—skin warmed by sun, arm drifting through cool water. It’s solitude, but not isolation.
Printed on premium archival paper, this 11x14 piece carries color, contrast, and calm in quiet balance.
